The Beach House is a unique, inclusive community destination combining a historic legacy with contemporary amenities, spectacular views, splash pad, playground, open seating, free wi-fi, beach courts & fields, and community & cultural events. Tour the Gold Coast era guest house year-round, and during summer, take a dip in the historic pool.  There's something for everyone to enjoy! 


As an event space like no other, the Beach House provides the perfect setting for meetings and celebrations, accommodating groups as intimate as ten to celebrations for 400, and available for film and photo shoots.

  • During the week, canopies in the sandy area are available on a first come, first served basis, without tables, through Friday, September 29.
  • Includes one 10' x 15' canopy (no tables or chairs).
  • Canopies located in sandy area near volleyball courts.

The Beach House is available for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events, as well as professional film and photoshoots. We offer a modern space with a mix of contemporary and historic architecture, a Julia Morgan designed pool, and parking.
