Events come in all shapes and sizes... with 5-acres to work with, the Annenberg Community Beach House presents many possibilities. Based on the vision you have for your Santa Monica event, we will match you with the Beach House space that best suits your needs. You'll be able to choose from a selection of talented caterers ready to tailor a menu just for you. We'll even help you minimize the environmental footprint of your green event, starting with the Beach House itself - a Gold LEED rated facility.

Please note: Inquiries are reviewed by requested month and in the order in which they are received.

Rental Availability

The Beach House is available to rent year-round, with limited availability during the summer.

June 1 - 18: Facilities available to rent on weekends and evenings
June 18 - September 2: The Guest House and Event House are available evenings after 6 pm
Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day: Unavailable

The pool and Pool House, including the Sand & Sea Room, are not available to rent June 14 - September 10.
